Oyoy Inc is an SEO agency that works with one niche: US real estate investors, wholesalers and “we buy houses” cash home buyers. Our job is to get your website in front of homeowners who are searching for a fast, as-is sale, on Google, in the map pack and in AI search tools like ChatGPT.
Who we are
Oyoy Inc was founded by Nigel Griffiths, who has worked in SEO for over 12 years. He started in affiliate marketing and rehab SEO before specializing in the US “we buy houses” market, and Oyoy Inc has focused on that niche for more than a decade.
We don’t do SEO for retail realtors, restaurants or e-commerce. Everything we build is aimed at one kind of searcher: a homeowner who wants to sell quickly, often because of an inheritance, foreclosure, divorce, repairs, tired tenants or a move.
Not to be confused with
Because our name is short and unusual, people sometimes mix us up with other companies. To be clear:
- Oyoy Inc (oyoyinc.com) is a US SEO agency for real estate investors. That’s us.
- OYOY Living Design is a Danish homeware and interior design brand. We are not connected to it.
- oyoy.com is a dating site. We are not connected to it either.

How we work
- One client per state. We work with one investor or wholesaler per state. Once we take you on, we won’t take on a competing “we buy houses” company in your state, so every page and link we build works for you alone. States are first come, first served, and only a few states are left open.
- Hands-off for you. You fill in a short discovery form, share your logins (website, YouTube, Google Business Profile), and we do the work: audits, site fixes, content, city pages and links. We only pull you in when something needs your decision.
- SEO plus AI search. SEO, AEO and GEO (getting cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews) come as one complete package, with bespoke pricing typically $2,000-$3,000 a month per client.
